Okul, hastane, fabrika, büro ve benzeri işyerlerine tabldot yemek üretimi yapmak amacıyla: 24.05.1990 tarihinde çalışmaya başlamıştır. Kurulduğu tarihten itibaren , hizmet verdiği grupların sağlığını korumak için, çağa uygun üretim teknolojisi ve hijyenik ekipman desteği ile donatılmış işletmemizde diyetisyen ve gıda mühendislerinden oluşan uzman kadromuz ve personelimiz ile hizmet vermektedir.

Temel ilkelerimizden bir diğeri ise, yeterli ve dengeli beslenme ilkelerine ve toplumun genel alışkanlıklarına uygun gıda üretimini sağlamaktadır.

Yıldız Yemek Sanayi olarak , üretimde kullandığımız her malzemeyi gıda sektöründe bilinen , kaliteli ve güvenilir firmalardan temin etmekteyiz.

Ürünlerimizin kontrolü, planlamadan malzeme teminine, üretimden servise kadar her noktada dikkat ve özenle yapılmaktadır.


Yemek Sanayi 'nde set seçimsiz - tabldot yemek üretiminin yanı sıra müşteri talepleri ile yapılan yazılı ve sözlü sözleşmelerin özelliğine bağlı olarak yemeğin porsiyonlama , sunum ve sunum sonrası temizlik hizmetleri gibi yemek servisi öncesi ve sonrası hizmetleri de verilmektedir.


Yine müşteri talepleri doğrultusunda özel kokteyller , yemekler , kumanya ve kahvaltı malzemeleri hazırlığı ve sunumu , dengeli ve yeterli beslenme eğitimi organizasyonları , fabrika personeli için besin ve çevre hijyeni , kişisel hijyen ve mesleki eğitim toplantıları da düzenlenmektedir.


Definition Of The Company

Yıldız Yemek Sanayi has started to work on 24.05.1990 in order to produce tabldot food for schools, hospitals, factories, offices and similar establishments. To maintain the continuity of the groups it serves, from the date of its establishment; equipped with the appropriate production, transportation technology and hygienic equipment, our company provides service with our expert staff consisting of dieticians and food engineers and experienced staff. Another basic principle is; to provide adequate and balanced nutrition principles and food production according to the general habits of the society.

Each day, samples are taken from the dishes and kept in the refrigerator for 72 hours.

As Yıldız Yemek Sanayi, we supply all the materials we use in production in order to provide the food safety that we keep in the foreground in all conditions, from the well-known and reliable companies in the food industry. Documents such as TSE, ISO are sought in our suppliers. Safety of our products; from planning to supply of materials, from production to service at every point is provided by attention and care. Meat, poultry, milk and dairy products are supplied in line with daily needs and are used directly in food making, thus avoiding risks.

Meals are prepared and serviced according to the standards of our experienced cooks, food engineers and dieticians and they reach their addresses on time without spoiling the hot-cold chain. Furthermore, meals are shared with energy values and allergen lists and our customers are informed that they eat. If it is necessary, foot pockets are prepared in case of special situations.

In addition to the production of table d'hote meals in the Food Industry, pre- and post-catering services such as portioning, serving and after-cleaning services are also provided depending on the characteristics of the written and verbal contracts made with customer demands.

According to customer demands, special cocktails, meals, food and breakfast materials preparation and presentation, balanced and adequate nutrition training organizations, for factory staff; food and environment hygiene, personal hygiene and vocational training meetings are also organizing.

Our factory has documents which are providing the quality conditions. These are; TS-ISO-EN 9001:2015 Quality Management System, TS-ISO-EN 22000:2005 Food Safety Management System, TS-ISO-EN 10002:2014 Customer Satisfaction Management System, TS-ISO-EN 14001:2015 Environmental Management System, TS-ISO-EN 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management Activities System.
